I just left your restaurant after placing an order through the DD app for two meals. Unfortunately, I only received one meal, and my entire order was incorrect. When I brought the issue to the cashier's attention, she stated, "I got the order wrong because there were three people talking at the same time." This explanation was unacceptable. I visited this Dunkin’ location for a hot latte and received a cup that was barely filled. I also ordered a pink refresher with less ice, yet it was served with almost a full cup of ice. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.
It isn’t bad as well as not good. It’s somewhat in the middle. Service is good, nice staff. Food is nice although rarely they indeed do mess up your orders. Atmosphere isn’t bad, it’s decent. Not too much seats.
