I’m not sure what’s wrong with the employees at this specific dunkin but every time I visit, I’m reminded why I choose to visit the one that further on Castle Hill. No matter how clear you are with your order details they will find a way to change it and when you correct them they WILL try and argue with you. I order a Medium Ice Matcha Latte with French Vanilla Sweetener, My matcha ice latte tasted like dirty water no flavor, when I ask for more matcha she got upset! Honestly the worst dunkin. Today 10/18/25, i got my order wrong by the same boy who still continues to get it wrong every time i go there. He cannot greet, has poor customer service and always has an attitude. Didn’t even give me my receipt to which he claims he did. And when i said he was getting a bad review he immediately popped off and started cursing when he was definitely in the wrong.
