How hard is it to make a grilled cheese. Stop cutting corners and make the food the right way. Here's a tip the cheese needs to be melted. I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and got a cheese sandwiches, the middle of the sandwiches was barely warm
Customer service is beginning to decline. I ordered a toasted bagel that came out burnt. When my 11 yo daughter asked for another bagel the man ignored her and left her burnt bagel in hand for ten minutes. Then I asked, and he said all the bagels come out that way….. REALLY !!??? I threw the garbage out and left for another establishment who knows how to treat customers. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!
