The service at this Dunkin’ severely brings the rating down. Employees are incredibly rude and make you feel like you did something wrong just by coming to their Dunkin’. This negative environment permeates the establishment so intensely that I would recommend going to a different Dunkin’ altogether. The quality of the food is decently prepared for a Dunkin,’ but nonetheless would avoid due to the employees.
a very nice person serves. and his coffee is delicious. but inside it was not cleaned. maybe because he was alone and there was no time to clean up
Messed up my order 2 times. I had to wait 20 minutes for bagel bites and a coffee and they still got the order wrong. Dunkin’ has always been kind of mid but this specific store felt like a shore to go to. Should not have to argue for 20 minutes just for bagel bites.
