I came to this location 3/8/26 around 1:30 pm and not only is the location not the cleanest, they tried to argue with me about how to order an iced coffee that I’ve been getting the past 3 days. Told them what I wanted and he didn’t listen to me, tried to tell me I was wrong, and when I showed him how the drink is made ON THE APP(banana crème iced coffee) he still didn’t listen. The drink he made was gross and I do NOT recommend coming to this location at ALL.
Apparently putting an order through mobile for pick up means holding my order hostage on the side where I obviously can't see or reach, instead of putting it on the shelf to grab and go. And even though they see you waiting, won't ask and act like you're an inconvenience.
The drink was not made the way I asked, I asked less sweet and I seen the lady make it sweet yet they did not want to fix and as a diabetic this is very terrible service. And the scanner kept denying my card for rewards and I asked if it went through, he said yes, but it didnt! It was just unprofessional, i asked for 1 pump, and they put vanilla i didn't want any and they didn't want to redo. Too much
