I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on Friday. I ordered a decaf coffee, but the ordering process was very difficult because the cashier, Kotun, did not seem to understand English well, which made it hard to communicate the order. What concerned me more was what happened after. I saw my cup taken to an area behind the counter where customers can’t really see what’s going on, and it looked like regular coffee was mixed with hot water and then given to me as “decaf.” That’s not accep
Indifferent and distracted employees making your drink however they feel sometimes good sometimes crap. Worst is trying to get customer service to refund you on their app.
I'm so glad a new Dunkin is back here. It's modernized and looks great and the coffee they have on tap also tastes much better. We've been going here a few times now and it's been great each time. The only feedback is they need to pay a bit more attention to any customization as each time we had to speak up when we saw them making it as they weren't making to how we wanted it (like 3 sugar, instead of 2 for a small ice coffee).
