It’s small, but the manager is nice and he gave me a free tote and a free plastic cup with my purchase of a drink. My boyfriend and I ordered Dunkalattes and mini bagels and snackin bacon.
i ordered a white cheddar bagel twist, and it took five minutes of me waiting for them to tell me they gave it to another customer because their item went out of stock (without the employees checking stock while taking the order) and replaced it with my item (which was also the last in stock). drink was good though! the employee who took my order and made my drink was very kind about the situation, the man (seems like the manager) was annoyed at me and got distracted mid refund process and it to
Asked for a peppermint mocha and they gave me a regular mocha. I pointed out the mistake and they said they don’t have peppermint mocha only regular. Why wouldn’t you tell me that before handing me a drink I did not like nor what? Instead of giving me the option to find something better suited to my taste.
