The manager is a very rude lady that yells at customers. This store also charges more for the donuts than other locations in Queens. Be careful and look at your receipt! The workers always have an attitude as if they are the ones paying for your food. The place is never clean either with sticky tables and seats. They always get your coffee order wrong too. There are much better places than this.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’. The donuts I received were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for far too long. For a place known for fresh donuts, this was unacceptable. The service was also poor. The staff was not welcoming, and my concerns were not handled professionally. A simple order turned into a frustrating experience. I expected better quality and customer service, but this visit was a complete letdown. I hope management addresses these issues beca
