What I received didn’t match what I ordered, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to acknowledge the difference. To make matters worse, Baskin Robbins’ customer support was unreachable—their website wouldn’t let me submit a request. Since it was a last-minute order and I’d traveled to pick it up, I went ahead with it. Giving 2 stars because the taste was not bad.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First time and last time. The shakes I got were watery and flavorless. The cup had a crack down the side. They were not blended and the ice separated from the milk.
Nice staff at this location great customer service.
