This store really needs to change how it’s managed. I placed my order at 5 o’clock, and the app showed it was open. But when I got to the store, it wasn’t open. Half an hour later, I came back, and a lot of customers were waiting for their food. I saw two employees working really hard. In the end, customers left angry without any food. The third time I came was at 6:50, and I finally saw my food on the table, but the drink was already melted. Well, they apologized to me, and I told them somethin
They don’t know how to make coffee. I basically wasted $5. I’m far away now and don’t want to go back just to return the coffee and get a refund, but I’m really upset and regret getting coffee there this morning. The staff seemed confused and didn’t know what they were doing, and the service was terrible. Overall, a very negative experience. I had to throw the coffee away and go find a Dunkin’ Donuts instead.
Four customers, two employees. I stood there for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged in this spacious, mostly empty Dunkin. I never was. So I left. Plenty of other Dunkins around glad to serve me and take my money.
