We had lunch special which is $11.95+tax. The portion is good....Lots of black bean and rice. Come with two tortilla. Salad is fresh. But the meat is as thin as a piece of paper. Service is good. The place is a bit worn out and kept clean.
I had gone to Queens Supreme Court and asked Google for a Mexican restaurant near me, which this was the spot that was recommended and was a bit over 1 mile away by driving (6 minutes or so). Amazingly delicious, I mean everything that we ordered tasted good, including the fries that came unsalted. Serviced by a young woman that was very nice. I thought I was gonna have to use my broken Spanish and didn't have to because the woman used her English and prevented my family from feeling awkward usi
Decent spot, wouldn’t say it’s authentic Mexican but it’s good nevertheless. The staff was friendly, their aguas frescas were the best part.
