Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable! I wish I could give zero stars because this place is the most unhygienic pizza store I have ever encountered. I ordered a pizza and picked it up in a box, thinking everything was fine. But when I opened it at home, I was horrified to find cockroaches crawling inside the box. I HONESTLY don’t know what these reviews are talking about. I have been going to the little spot in the back for so many years and the pizza is fire. The guy in the back is always a straight-shooter and respectful.
Fantastic place if you're looking for old school East Village authentic family feel with excellent pizza. My 11 year old son gains more life advice on a Saturday eating there from Vinnies fans than a month in school.
