When entering the Esplanade, I was greeted by a man at the desk, who was very kind the lobby was so beautifully decorated with Christmas and holiday decorations. It was very easy to find my friend’s room. The elevator worked perfectly. Everything is clean and neat and I enjoyed my visit tremendously. I hope to visit my friend again soon. It is very nice to come into a clean and beautifully kept environment. Thank you
My mother has been at the Esplanade for only two months now. So far, we are thrilled with everything! The first thing we noticed was how friendly everyone is. As soon as my brother and I arrived (ahead of my mother, for moving items in), we were warmly greeted not just by staff, but by the residents, all welcoming us. As a family member who visits often I can say without hesitation that it was the best decision to place our mother there. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are daily activities she enjoys as well as a hairdresser, podiatrist and home health attendants on premise. The laundry and housekeeping staff are pleasant and reliable.
