I had a great experience at Fish Cheeks. The food was outstanding — especially the fried rainbow trout, which was absolutely delicious, and the crab fried rice, which was packed with flavor. Fish Cheeks is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is on a completely different level from a typical Thai restaurant—every dish has incredible depth, balance, and sophistication. I want to begin this review by noting that their menu seems to have been mellowed out flavor wise.
