The Ora King Salmon is soooooo good! Delicious and tender! The hottest teriyaki is very hot. Crispy pork gyoza is quite crispy but not a lot of pork flavor. Chicken wings are pretty good as well. The spicy-yaki sauce tastes like spicy buffalo sauce.
short: It seems like a healthier alternative than many other places in the area long: It's my second time here. I usually used to go to the Panera next door because I had the monthly coffee membership, but after they changed their menu, I canceled my subscription. I was about to go there out of habit but it was full so I went into Glaze. This time, I got the steak with sesame sauce, and I really liked it. The steak was not overly cooked. I noticed it seemed medium with some nice medium-rare tip
