Me and my boyfriend always get boba here. Usually the workers wear uniform and are attentive as well as being welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, today we entered the store with new employees. As they took my order one of the girls working was on her phone and she was the one who took care of my order. Wow first time in this location and it was a bang! Got my order right on the first try and it was made to perfection! This place looked really clean and organized too.
Every time I visit this location about 15 minutes before closing, the staff refuses to assist me. I completely understand wanting to wrap things up for the night, but if the store hours say you’re open until 9 PM, customers should be able to place orders until then. This has happened more than once, which is why it’s becoming frustrating. What makes it even more disappointing is that the times I have been able to order, I really enjoyed the boba.
