Hostess did an amazing job! She was constantly encouraging people to order more, especially when they felt shy asking for big numbers. To ease the nerves, she told stories of past customers who ordered as much as 20 extra pieces of a sushi. She was super attentive, and made sure our cups were never empty. Nigiri’s were super fresh, and high quality. The chef did not pack that much rice, and the rice was yummy too.
Such great experiences! I’ve been to SourAji twice and thought the food quality is definitely better here. The unlimited part has a bigger selection with salmon (absolutely delicious), fatty tuna, yellowtail, and wagyu (very high quality). $95 per person including unlimited drinks. Dessert was great too!
This is my second time at Hatsu with my girlfriend. This place deserves all the attention for its quality and service and quantities of sushi that you get. On top of the 13 courses, you get two rounds of unlimited ordering of 4 different kind of nigiri from the main omakase course. Last year was different from this year but one piece stayed the same, it was the salmon with truffle topping. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the kind service at Hatsu and for having us again!!
