It’s is incredibly tiny in here, and the wait is still very long. I’d order ahead because you’re going to be waiting a long time no matter what, and there’s nowhere to sit. I’d also not get the basic drinks like the jasmine milk tea because I think other stores do those better, but heytea does better unique drinks.
Walked in while waiting around for a reservation at another spot close by. Enjoyed a Triple Supreme Matcha Latte which was tasty and freshly made. Customer service was great, engagement was on point.
The service is amazing, even during the bogo promotion it's still just as great the drinks are amazing! I don't know why their drinks are always so good
