This really surprised me - I liked it a lot. I thought it would be pretty mid/normal Taiwanese breakfast but it was great. The yo tiao in the fan Tuan was super crispy and delicious. The radish cake was a favourite. The savory soy milk and sweet were great. The breakfast roll was good. The breakfast for 2 was super big, and was enough for 3 of us. We got there at 11am on a Sunday and waited around 35 mins. There’s a waitlist so you can walk around while you wait and they’ll text you.
Got the breakfast set for 2, and it was okay. Didn’t love the sweet soy milk, and the fried dough was way too crunchy in the fan Tuan and savory soy milk soup. The texture in the soup was really cool, since the soy milk was slightly coagulated like a very soft tofu (which is exactly what it is) and the scallion pancake was fine and the radish cake was pretty good. Service was not great - servers forgot about dishes for almost everyone in the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to be seated in a half

I personally don’t vibe with some of the spice blends here, but it boils down to preference, as every restaurant has their own recipe.
