Super delicious tarts the cream on the inside is soft and creamy and the crust is lovely. There seems to be two types of crust and both are great. They also sell harney and son bottled teas. Friendly service and will be back.
I stopped by Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in the East Village and tried the matcha tart. The flavor of the filling was nice and had a good matcha taste, but the shell was way too tough and hard to bite through. I was hoping for a lighter, more crumbly crust to balance the creamy inside. Overall, the tart was just okay for me, not as soft and delicate as I expected.
