Lovely evening at Indochine in NoHo. The atmosphere is always a vibe. I ordered the Bella DeJour cocktail which struck a perfect balance of sweet and dry. Food was delicious, the spring roles were the standout to me. But every dish came out hot and presented beautifully. At the end of the night we topped off our meal with a multitude of desserts. This was my first time at Indochine, but not the last! Our server Emily was spectacular, always attentive and smiling. We were celebrating our twin daughters’ graduation, and the staff made it a very special night. We ordered several appetizers, but the hit was the Spring Rolls. Amazing service ! Our bartender Greg served us some amazing cocktails, he also had amazing conversation topics! The rest of the staff were amazing too, the atmosphere was cozy and romantic, perfect for couples. However the food wasn’t the most exciting considering the price, we only tried couple dishes so we definitely need to come back and try more!
