Yum! I had tried insomnia cookies several times in the past (they make a mean cookies and cream cookie) but not from this location. I got the mix and match cookie’wich with cookies ‘n dream ice cream between freshly baked chocolate chunk and macadamia white chocolate cookies, which was fire. Some of their other ice cream flavors were a bit sweet for me but this one was great! The server was warm and attentive.
Sometimes you order two separate nine packs and end up with a single pack with missing cookies. The cookies were fantastic. But thumbs down on the customer service, I spoke with the store manager Meii regarding my concerns via email but haven’t heard back on how to prevent this in the future for other customers.
Staff was super friendly and attentive. Service was joyful and great. I love that they are open late and the cookies come out fast. Everything tastes fresh and warm even if you come at 1am. Delish!! Great choice after a night out. 🍪
