A coffee gem in this part of the East Village with a friendly owner Ioannis. He apologized as the floor was being redone but that didn't matter to me as I was there to have a taste of the coffee. Here the beans are roasted in a roastery. The aroma is like a heavenly perfume. I had my usual skim cappuccino and it was smooth and non acidic.
