The food tastes ok but the quantity is poor. They charge that much for food and then they shorten the portions. All other restaurants give you the Barbecue sauce for free if you want on your food but some charge you if you want it separate. I'm partly upset with this but the part that was really upsetting is that they have a sign that tells you price for the Barbecue sauce. If you want it on one side it's $1 all over is $2 and separate is $2.50 i asked for it on the side and she said it $2:75.
I would not recommend ordering from this establishment. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was calling on behalf of a patient who needed assistance, and from the moment the call was answered, the staff member was difficult to work with. After providing the facility’s phone number, which was left with our security department as requested, she continued to ask for additional information and created unnecessary complications. Service is by far the worst service i experience. The lady who answer the phone is VERY rude and have no patience.. Although i tell her before hand it’s for a resident at the nursing she tries to rush you and yell at you as if we’re not giving them our money..I would not recommend this place. And the food isn’t good enough for her to be acting that way!! Sweet Bamboo is HIGHLY RECOMMANDED.
