First of all, we were welcomed with complimentary salsa and chips right away, which was a great start to our meal. My friend ordered the Al Pastor tacos and I had the brisket tacos. Both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For drinks, I ordered the Sangria Margarita while my friend chose the Mango Margarita, and both were excellent. Everything we tried was fantastic, from the food to the drinks. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and we had a wonderful dining experienc
The go-to place in NYC if you're craving Tex-Mex. Like a true Tex-Mex restaurant, they don't charge for chips and salsa, sans their food is consistently delicious and flavorful and fresh. I liked my experience Javelina. Overall the food was filling and priced fairly and the service was great. We didn’t have to ask for more chips or water, the staff were very attentive and nice. The food was presented neatly and was really tasty. The lighting was nice but the restaurant was small and we stupidly went during happy hour so the place was packed and super loud. I understand that it’s a bar and I went at a pretty busy time but it just felt like I was competing to speak. would recommend
