I LOVED this spot. Raw bar was 12/10. Lobster roll ROCKED. Crab dip was fantastic. Such fresh, fantastic seafood. The atmosphere is great. Very warm & homey. Great for a group of 2-3 dinner. It’s decent for sharing. They have some platters which help!! Pacific AND Atlantic oysters. Smoked mussels were a standout. The lobster roll was outstanding. I loved the oysters. Crab dip was nice & spicy, I might opt for more raw fish next time since they absolutely CRUSHED the raw fish bar Loveeeeee th
An amazing meal! We loved everything about Jeffrey’s Grocery. Super warm and friendly service that was attentive throughout the meal (honestly rare these days). Each dish was fantastic and so flavorful. Cocktails were stellar. The mussels were the best I’ve ever had. And you MUST get the Caesar salad!!! Only thing we would have skipped was the bisque (a bit underwhelming). Seriously, give this place a try! The vibe was great even on a Sunday.
Every single person at Jeffery's Grocery was a day maker. The hosts, the servers, the runners, everyone. The restaurant has such a cute atmosphere. It being in the West Village, you'd hope they were queer friendly and Y'ALL, I've never felt safer or more represented. Everyone was unique and fabulous and authentic.
