I have had my eye on this coffee shop since starting working in the area. I finally went to Joe Coffee right after work to get me a cup of Decaf Coffee. Since it was my first time I had many questions and the who worked with me in getting my order young lady Lorraine who was very patient, she answered every question I had to make sure my coffee was perfect. Thank you Miss you g lady Lorraine for getting me the perfect cup of coffee tonight. I will be seeing you again. Your store is a walk across
I ordered a latte and a cappuccino; another customer took my latte, and when I mentioned this to the staff member—the tall woman with green hair—she got agitated and made me a truly terrible, disgraceful cappuccino. I will never come back. Also, they said they couldn't make the strawberry matcha with regular milk; I shouldn't have to pay extra for a different type of milk.
Not to be dramatic but the banana bread latte with almond milk (asked for less sweetness) was absolutely life changing. Great music (bad bunny) and nice baristas! Really close to union square holiday market :)
