This is our favorite fried chicken chain, hands down. We have been to different locations, and one thing we really appreciate is how consistent the quality is. It is not like one location is great and another one is disappointing — the food has been reliable every time. The fried chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was fast and the employees were polite. The restaurant itself was way bigger than I thought it would be. A few tables in the front with chairs and some bench seating. They alzo offer high chairs if you bring a child that needs one. In the back they also have seating with high tables and stools. On the opposite side of the front seats they have a beverage fountain. When you place your order you get a number on your receipt as well as a buzzer that goes off when your order is ready.
The food I purchased was raw and not properly cooked, crazy, since the flavor was good until realizing I was eating undercooked chicken. I also didn’t receive my peach mango pie. I didn’t care for the dragonfruit refresher. The fried chicken and katseye chicken weren’t fully cooked. It was raw inside. I called the store and was given a refund. Their customer service was great and they were awesome as I picked up my order too. My gripe is to make sure they can fully cook the chicken! Other tha
