Dining at Jungsik was an outstanding experience and absolutely deserving of its 3 Michelin stars. Every dish was incredibly creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The dining experience started and ended incredibly strong. The meal kicked off with impressive starter bites that absolutely took my breath away with their range and technical skill, and the final dessert was equally stunning and fun (both dolharubang and garden theme desert). However, the meal faltered a bit in the middle. While the plain octopus was cooked perfectly, I wasn't convinced it was a dish impressive enough for a three-star restaurant. beautifully presented dishes and each bite was excellent. our favorites was the octopus, crispy on the outside but still extremely tender, and amber jack with perilla oil sauce which was so refreshing. the starter banchans were the perfect start, each one full of unique flavors. every dish was meticulously cooked, the salmon was tender and the galbi melted in your mouth. really a wonderful experience.
