This place is PURE TRASH there was roaches running around where the pizza oven is. Bartender could not make a drink and there was legit dust of all the bottles on the shelf. I’m shocked this place is allowed to be open. The bartender was rude and didn’t refund me for my pool game that ate my quarters. It’s 2026 time to get a pool table that doesn’t take change ! Look even the pool table has poop stains on it no wonder it’s never busy!!
Save your money. I had an $18 bill and left a $5 tip, but when the charge posted to my card, the tip had been changed to $15 instead. I only caught it because my bank notified me of the inflated service tip. When I called the bar to ask about it, I was simply told, “It happens.” Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand that mistakes can occur. But changing a customer’s tip by $10 is a serious issue, and dismissing it with “it happens” and “I don’t know what to tell you” is un
had an exceptional afternoon and was able to achieve my goal of getting into a 'real' area of NY as im typically constrained to the times square area for business purposes. Cait was a standout - not only did she deliver on the bartending front but also helped me plan out the rest of my afternoon in a real non-pretentious and inviting way. I had an absolute pleasure of an afternoon due to their recommendations and for that reason I will be back to Kelly's the next time i visit NYC. Solid Irish
