As a picky French person living in the City, I must say I was impressed tonight by the quality and fair prices. At first I was scared this was gonna be another wannabe French restaurant, then I quickly realized with the appetizer that the chef had really brought the flavors from France with him and this place was serious about food. They have great outdoor seating and drinks options and the staff is super nice and patient with my 1 million questions. I was highly upset with my recent experience at L’express, and so was my stomach. I stopped in after working a long 6 hour shift so I can take some food home. The female bartender looked like she was engaged in a long conversation with a guest seated at the bar when I arrived. There were only 5 people at the bar including myself.
