As a picky French person living in the City, I must say I was impressed tonight by the quality and fair prices. At first I was scared this was gonna be another wannabe French restaurant, then I quickly realized with the appetizer that the chef had really brought the flavors from France with him and this place was serious about food. Great service and food! I have been meaning to try this place and so glad I did and will be coming back! They have great outdoor seating and drinks options and the staff is super nice and patient with my 1 million questions. We tried the goat cheese and the artichoke appetizer plus the chicken sandwich and the crème brûlée for dessert If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend! I was highly upset with my recent experience at L’express, and so was my stomach. I stopped in after working a long 6 hour shift so I can take some food home. The female bartender looked like she was engaged in a long conversation with a guest seated at the bar when I arrived. There were only 5 people at the bar including myself.
