La Contenta Oesta was decorated with flags, flowers and two drummers playing loud music. Located on Sixth Avenue and 11th Street, it created a feeling of a fiesta in the neighborhood. Wow. Simply wow. Absolutely incredible food, drinks and inviting service. It's interesting to come to a spot like this that seems casual, yet the wait staff is monitoring the place like a Michelin star hot spot. The food is SUPERB. The happy hour specials are top notch, but do yourself a favor and get their amazing mole but don't skip their unique and tasty margaritas. What an awesome place.
