Large menu, delicious pizza, pasta, cheese, etc. Ordered a margarita which was average. Liked the tiramisu. Service was attentive, I think there was a bit of a language barrier. The lasagna is so rich and tasty. We were seated in the back patio which was really cute and a nice setting for a work dinner or really any occasion.
Great Italian spot for good food and drinks. Indoor patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy an outdoor garden without the heat. Rustic old world charm. Main dining room is small but there are more seating options downstairs. Lively atmosphere. Overall enjoyed what we had, except for the tomato and mozz salad. The mozzarella was very sour and off putting. While I understand Buffalo mozz can have a tang it was too strong for my liking. The lasagna flights were spectacular. What a great idea.
La Lanterna di Vittorio was an amazing choice for a Valentine’s Day dinner, and I was highly impressed from the moment we walked in all the way through dessert. The atmosphere is incredibly charming and intimate, especially with the cozy, unique layout that makes it feel like a hidden gem in the West Village.
