One of the most memorable bakery visits I’ve had in NYC! I tried four of their cakes and each one was a work of art in both flavor and presentation. My absolute favorite was the Black Sesame Passion Fruit. The mousse was perfectly nutty, the caramel balanced, and the sesame crunch gave the best texture contrast. Incredible dessert spot! The pandan cake is a must-try; it has a great chewy texture and authentic flavor. The sesame seeds add a nice savory crunch that balances the sweetness. I also grabbed a pandan latte the espresso quality is top-tier, but the pandan notes were a little lost in the coffee

Every delicate layer was perfectly crafted—light, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth.
