Been coming here with my friends for about a year. The main server recognizes us always and is so so sweet to us (not only bc he recognizes us, he’s always been very welcoming and informative). Coming from a middle eastern family and moving to nyc was nerve wrecking but coming here for holidays and Eid makes me feel at home. Definitely recommend. (The flat iron location has the Dubai chocolate, west 4th location is still worth it for the desserts like kunefe)
I’ve never done a one star review, but with the uninviting atmosphere and abundance of disorganization I thought I’d give it a shot.
