The customer service was poor from start to finish, with staff appearing uninterested and unhelpful. Simple requests were either ignored or handled with a lack of professionalism. On the positive side, the ambience was definitely good and the tiramisu was nice. However, the food was pretty average and the prices were high for what they were offering. I was very disappointed with my experience here. I had high hopes because the food and restaurant looked nice, so I was excited for this place. First off, they only take cash which is a red flag but whatever. I thought the atmosphere was really nice but too dark, I like nice lighting but I also wanna see too. Ordered takeout from Uber eats. Worst tasting take out i have had in a year. Wouldn't even eat it for free. Whats the matter with this place?? It seems popular but wow..... quality and taste is not there. Bland and salty at the same time if that makes sense. Even Sbarro or Olive Garden has more umami What a shame.
