12/09/2025 A review of 99¢ Pizza around the corner on Houston, that this is the best of the cheap pizza offerings in the area, so I had to test that out. Specifically, they said the sauce was actually good and there was enough of it on the slice. I can confirm that the sauce is indeed good, if a simple and a bit raw tasting. Got a quick bite for pizza from here and it wasn't bad! Good service and clean spot. Has a small variety of pizza's with both a thin crust or a square slice.
What a great guy. First time coming here had to defend him at 2am against a drunk, he offered to comp my meal but i insisted on paying anyway, so kind, pizza is good, price is consistent and worthy of repeat business.
