I was able to get a seat on a weekend around opening time. I got the half sandwich of the pho sandwich. The sandwich was delicious it had all the flavors of pho and even though it was half it was still a great size. You can add the broth on the side and they also have a few side options but I didnt try them and will be getting them next time. Theres a few table seats and some high seats. Theres also different types of hot sauces on the counter like Jamaica pepper sauce and Sriracha.
This was one of the sandwiches of my life. I had the Pho sandwich, Grandma’s braised pork sandwich, and the loaded tater tots. I highly recommend them all. The bread perfectly absorbs the pho broth and it doesn’t disintegrate. Shoutout to Brendan for being a cool guy who created one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Life changing tater tots. Get the loaded ones! The server was awesome, so nice and helpful when asking for other recs nearby. And my god the food was great. Especially the tots!
