Pierogi, kielbasa, and other hearty Polish fare are the specialty of this no-frills diner.
From Google Maps reviews.
Very mediocre food. I grew up going to Greenpoint and I’ve been to a Poland, so I’m familiar with the food. Potato pancakes and veal were decent. Pierogis were not too good, the worst I’ve ever had. Vegetables were canned and over boiled on top of that. Stuffed cabbage was bland. Various cabbage based stuff was okay. Going to Greenpoint next time. I don’t think the other reviewers are familiar enough w this type of food. Portions are good though and there was no wait on a busy Saturday night.
Very pleasant atmosphere. The food was wonderful, tasted almost like mom's cooking. Good value for money.
This place is top notch. The food has fantastic flavor and portions are generous. The servers are very friendly and personable, and it has a great all around feel. Pierogis were only okay — next time I would try a different type and if I didn’t love those I would stop getting them and stick to the rest of the menu, which is all delicious. And they have great & affordable breakfasts!
