This is an old school New York pizzeria, the owner was a very sweet man and very humble. The pizza was huge, crispy, not oily and delicious. It’s not a fine dining experience it’s a spot to grab a slice on the go or order a pie to go like I did. Me and friends enjoyed very much! Whenever we are in the area we will be back.
I came across Ljubo's while on a business trip in the area. It reminded me of the small, mom-and-pop pizzerias I used to visit in NYC, often with just a few tables and chairs. I ordered a slice with extra cheese, and I was amazed by the size—it was absolutely ginormous, with a very generous amount of mozzarella. While the crust was a bit doughy for my personal taste, the slice exceeded my expectations overall. Next time, I'll be sure to ask for the pizza to be cooked well-done
