A very unique bar with an interesting curated menu. The drinks are based on spices, leading to unique recipes, had The Vanilla a bourbon based drink that’s bitter, tropical and quite potent, also The Basil a gin based cocktail with a savory profile with tomato notes. The rest of the menu was diverse enough that it would warrant a return. Killer oldies playlist going. Had their $2 oysters for happy hour which were fresh. Enjoyed their nonalcoholic ginger drink made with rooibos tea. Service was a little slow but we didn't mind, and they were very kind.
We stopped in and realized they’re hosting their Miracle Christmas pop-up, such a fun surprise! A friend who visited recently didn’t even recognize the place because it’s now completely transformed with festive décor, including both Hanukkah and Christmas elements. I tried the Yippee Ki Yay along with two other cocktails, and the YKY was the standout by far. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, all under $20 even with the special event.
