Yesterday, I purchased the family combo, which included boneless chicken, white rice, red beans, and maduros. Although I have dined at this restaurant several times before, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. The chicken appeared to be reheated and had an unpleasant taste, yet we consumed it anyway. The maduros were undercooked, with some pieces being too tough to eat. Just ordered throgh Uber eats. Soup was good. Also ordered pernil see attached photo (where is the pernil) disappointed skin and a little meat.
When I went to this place, it looked so good, the bar area, the selection of food and how well it is maintained. The customer service is excellent, and I love the vibe of this restaurant. The right amount of spice, the handmade natural orange juice and feeling the nice atmosphere made me feel at home. I would come back for another delicious comida and enjoying the peace and waitresses who enjoy the company of their customers and love their profession.
