Our new neighborhood favorite. Super welcoming atmosphere. Came here for the first time tonight and had a couple drinks and snacks. Love the variety on tap and getting to taste some of the beers (it’s a Wednesday night thing). They also have cider on tap which is huge for me! We tired the charcuterie board and also a sandwich, both were well picked and portioned. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well who was super friendly.
I always walked past this shop and never had the chance to go in. It’s been almost a year of walking past and today I decided I had a few minutes to go in. The girl who was there was super helpful and showed me all of the items they had in the shop. They had cheeses, bread, craft beers, sandwiches and a whole bunch of other items. Malt & Mold is my favorite beer and cheese shop in Manhattan, although, to be fair, they carry so much more! They have a sandwich of the day, which are always perfection. Their cheese selection and cheese platters are incredible. (The Secret de Lys, a cows milk from France might be the best cheese I’ve ever had.)
