the employee mis-heard my name so they made the wrong drink. This happens so it was fine but when I went up to show them my receipt with my name on it she yelled at me in front of everyone waiting saying how I told her my name was Natalie (It's Maddie, so not even close?) She insisted that it was my fault to which I just asked if I could have a refund because it wasn't worth any of this hassle. Instead, a kind barista behind her re-made the drink and handed to me while apologizing. Totally unnec
Very fast service. Great place, great prices for great quality. And staff has always been very sweet to me as well.
Decent enough drinks but every time I’ve gotten an oatmeal its like the employee has never made it before. You get a good 1/4-1/2 cup of extra steamed milk to soup up the meal.
