Honestly, so dissatisfied & disappointed in the way the quality/service went down after they opened. I used to come so often and everything was great until recently. In one of my most recent orders , I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries. It cost $16 but comes out to around $18 for the cup with taxes. For the price I expected a nicely filled cup , but what I received was literally just strawberries. I paid $18 for a cup of strawberries and a splash of pistachio and a touch of chocolate. Whe
Génesis y Joilada were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and kind. They even let me try different ice cream flavors, which made the experience feel personal and fun. The environment they’ve created is beautiful—inviting, vibrant, and full of great energy. You can really tell they care about their customers and the atmosphere they set. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!
Very disappointed that they gave me spoiled strawberries. If ordering anything with fresh fruit, I suggest to taste it before leaving the store. Gray mushy strawberries are not ok.
