I visited this location during my first trip to New York, hoping to use up some loose change and have a simple order. A small tea with hot water and a tea bag. I placed my order at the kiosk, intending to pay in cash, but I wasn’t familiar with how to use the cash machine. So I went to the counter to ask for help and pay directly. I waited at the front for about 10 minutes, trying not to be a bother, as the cashier seemed busy and not very approachable. When I finally asked for assistance, I was
~ Slow & Steady Doesn’t Win The Race ~ I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with 2 creams. They’re stingy with the cream. The iced coffee came out yet they didn’t call out the drink. After waiting six minutes, I had to proactively ask them to get the iced coffee for me. No “Thank you” or any apologies. Bless their hearts.
Good location, close to the world trade center. For the first time, i took breakfast of biscuit with eggs and bacon. It was good, i felt like they could add 1 more slice of bacon.
