I give them a 3 star rating because of the sauce. I went through the drive through and ordered my food. Everything went well. After ordering they directed me to a waiting spot since it would take a few minutes to make my order. That was really smart. I wouldn't be holding up other people's orders. A 30 minute wait time on my last in person order and there were only like 5 people waiting for orders. I’m waiting in the lobby for my order and as slow as they are they are still somehow messing up other peoples orders. I don’t know who checks the food and sends it out to be picked up but be better at your job. Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at approximately 10:00 PM at your restaurant.
