I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I waited 13 minutes for my McFlurry, and when I finally received it, it didn’t even have caramel, even though that’s what I ordered. On top of that, the staff responded to me with smirks and an unfriendly attitude instead of trying to help. I understand places can get busy, but the customer service and quality of the order were really disappointing. I hope this can be improved.
Oh what a delightful surprise — ordered chicken nuggets and got a bonus burned spider inside. 🕷️🔥 Told the employee, and instead of concern, they tossed the evidence and tried to rewrite the story. Truly five-star problem solving. Definitely adds some “extra protein,” so just be careful when dining here.
Jaden Anthony and the Cleaners and Security do a nice job here. It’s better than a lot of other McDonald’s with homeless and vagrants got used to using the kiosk. They will help you if you have difficulty with it.
