I Came to the store at 147-40 Archer Ave. I got 2 orders of 20 piece chicken nuggets to share. when I got home and open the boxes there were 15 pieces in one box and 18 pieces in the other box . how can they miss a count like that ?!… Also this is the second time that I be getting one chicken nugget fried on top of another one and I guess they counted it as two pieces and thats not ok, because when I break them apart one side don't break even .I also bought a double cheeseburger which it didn't
I've been going to this McDonald's since it opened, and she has served me several times. She's an excellent employee, always kind. I don't think that someone not speaking fluent English is disrespectful, and if she spoke in her language with another employee, it could have been about your order. And if you don't understand Spanish, as you explain in your comment, why do you feel offended if you supposedly don't understand? She always has a good attitude and is positive with customers.
