Absolutely TERRIBLE place and HORRIBLE SERVICE and OWNERS ARE AWFULL!!! I ordered sandwich that suppose to be with pesto sauce and balsamic vinaigrette which he didn’t bother to put on, and when I confront him he yell at me saying that he did put some! Also, there was big chunk of hard plastic or glass was in my sandwich and he said that it’s comes with prosciutto! And worst of all he didn’t want to refund my money and my tip! I don’t care if you 40 year Olin business,it’s DISGUSTING OWNER AND
I was visiting from Miami & my friend took me here in November. I was traumatized how good the sandwiches are , i was so impressed that when i visited San Francisco for new years i went to a high rated deli and it wasn’t even close to Mikes deli . Now in January i got to go back and now i took some new friends 🤣❤️😂. From now on i have to go each time i go to NY 🙌🏼
Incredible food and even better red wine, I wish I bought a bottle. Had the Il Montone Ram Special on focaccia. The sandwiches are huge so splitting one was the perfect portion for us. Cannot wait to go back!
